The weekly content sprint (batch a month)
A repeatable 60-90 minute batching workflow that produces a month of content in one sitting, using the pillars, voice, and prompts you've already built.
Step 7 of the Create Quality Content pathway. This is where it becomes a machine. Every chapter so far built one part: pillars (Ch1), voice (Ch2), a week of posts (Ch3), hooks (Ch4), angles from calls (Ch5), clips from video (Ch6). This chapter chains them into one repeatable sprint you run once and walk away with a month of content.
Worth it: this is the difference between "I should post more" and "my next 4 weeks are already done." Most operators reclaim an entire day a month.
Book the block. Put a recurring 90-minute slot on your calendar, same time every week or every month. Protect it like a client meeting. The batching is what makes AI content sustainable. Random posting never sticks.
The sprint, start to finish:
Minutes 0-10: Load your assets. Open one AI chat. Paste in your Voice Card (Ch2) and your 3 pillars (Ch1) at the top. These stay loaded the whole session.
Minutes 10-25: Pick the month's ideas. Use the prompt below to generate a month of post ideas mapped to your pillars. Skim, kill the weak ones, keep 12-16.
Minutes 25-55: Expand into drafts. For each idea, run your Chapter 3 "one idea into a week of posts" flow. Move fast. Don't polish yet.
Minutes 55-75: Hooks and captions. Run the Chapter 4 hook prompt on your best posts. If you recorded anything, run the Chapter 6 clip prompt now.
Minutes 75-90: Human pass. Read everything once. Fix anything that's untrue or doesn't sound like you. This is the only step AI can't do. Drop finished posts into a doc or your scheduler (Ch8).
The month-planner prompt:
Role: You are my content strategist.
Objective: Plan a full month of posts across my 3 pillars.
Assets:
- My 3 content pillars: [PASTE PILLARS]
- My audience: [WHO THEY ARE]
- My Voice Card: [PASTE VOICE CARD]
Deliverable: A calendar of 16 post ideas for the next 4 weeks.
- Balance them evenly across my 3 pillars.
- Mix formats: teaching, story, contrarian take, quick tip, behind-the-scenes, question to audience.
- For each: week number, pillar, format, one-line idea, and a one-line why-it-matters.
- Put it in a table. No hype. Ideas only, not full drafts.
Make it repeatable:
- Save your loaded chat as a reusable template.
- Keep a running "idea parking lot" note: dump ideas all month so the sprint starts full.
- Never publish straight from AI. The 15-minute human pass is non-negotiable.
- If 90 minutes feels long, batch two weeks instead of four. Consistency beats volume.
Next: Chapter 8 schedules this month of content across platforms and shows you how to read what's actually working.
