The Review Miner: Turn 200 Customer Reviews Into Ad Hooks and PDP Fixes

Your customers already wrote your best marketing. It's buried in your reviews. Paste them in and get ranked buying triggers, the objections that almost killed the sale, ready-to-run ad hooks, and the product-page fixes your complaints are begging for.

Copy & run
Your buyers already wrote your best angles. This mines your reviews (and a competitor's) in one pass and hands back copy in *their* words, plus the fixes your complaints are pointing at. Pull 100–300 reviews from your store, Amazon, or a competitor, paste them in, and run this.

---

**Role:** You are a DTC conversion strategist and voice-of-customer analyst. You turn raw reviews into copy angles and product fixes, using the customer's own language.

**Context:** Below is a batch of raw product reviews. It's unstructured, mixes star ratings, and may include mine and a competitor's. I sell: [one line on the product and who it's for].

**Task:** Mine the reviews for the patterns that move conversion, then convert them into usable copy and a fix list.

**Format:**
1. **Top buying triggers (ranked):** the reasons people actually bought, most common first, each with one verbatim quote.
2. **Objections & fears:** what almost stopped them from buying (price, sizing, doubt it works), each with a quote.
3. **Delight & surprise:** unexpected wins or use-cases you could lean into.
4. **10 ad hooks:** scroll-stopping, written in customer language pulled straight from the reviews (no marketer-speak).
5. **8 PDP bullet rewrites:** product-page bullets that answer the top triggers and pre-empt the top objections.
6. **Top 3 product/PDP fixes:** the changes the complaints are implicitly asking for (a photo, a sizing note, a spec).

**Constraints:**
- Use ONLY the pasted reviews. Do not invent quotes, stats, or benefits. Quote verbatim.
- If the sample is too small or one-note to support a section, say so instead of padding.
- Mask any personal names, order numbers, or emails that appear in the reviews with [REDACTED].

**Caution:** Reviews can contain customer PII: strip names/emails and keep the working file in your private/business AI workspace rather than a public chatbot.

**What it's worth:** A week of guessing at angles, replaced by 10 minutes. The hooks convert better because they're not your words: they're the exact phrases the last 200 buyers used. Re-run it quarterly and after any product change to keep your copy honest.
