Schedule, distribute & measure
Schedule your batched content across platforms, reshape one post to fit each channel, and read the numbers so you double down on what works.
Step 8, the final step of the Create Quality Content pathway. You have a month of content from the Chapter 7 sprint. Now you get it out the door on autopilot and learn what's working so next month is sharper. This is what turns a pile of drafts into a machine that compounds.
Worth it: scheduling once a month instead of posting daily saves ~3 hours a month and kills the "I forgot to post" gap.
Schedule in one sitting. Pick one scheduling tool. Most social platforms have a free native scheduler, and most all-in-one tools have a free tier.
- Load your whole month at once. Set it and forget it.
- Pick 3-5 fixed posting slots per week. Same days, same times. Consistency signals matter more than perfect timing.
- Front-load your strongest posts (your starred Chapter 4 hooks) early in the month.
One post, every platform: don't copy-paste. The same idea should wear different clothes on each channel. Run this to reshape:
Role: You are a multi-platform content editor.
Objective: Adapt one post for each platform without losing my voice.
Assets:
- Original post: [PASTE POST]
- My Voice Card: [PASTE VOICE CARD]
- Platforms: [LIST YOUR PLATFORMS, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, X, email]
Deliverable: For each platform, give me a version tuned to that platform's norms (length, formatting, tone) while keeping my voice and the core idea. Keep the hook strong on every version. Label each by platform. No hype.
Measure what matters and ignore the rest. Once a week, glance at three numbers per platform:
- Reach / views: did the hook work? (Weak reach = fix hooks, revisit Ch4.)
- Saves / shares: was it valuable? This is the truest signal.
- Comments / replies: did it start a conversation?
Skip vanity metrics. Likes tell you the least.
Turn numbers into next month's plan. At your next sprint, paste your top 3 and bottom 3 posts in:
Role: You are my content analyst.
Objective: Tell me what to do more of and less of next month.
Assets:
- Top 3 posts (with their reach/saves/comments): [PASTE]
- Bottom 3 posts (with their numbers): [PASTE]
Deliverable:
1. The pattern in what worked (topic, format, hook style).
2. The pattern in what flopped.
3. 3 specific instructions for next month's sprint.
Keep it short and blunt.
Keep your metrics in your private AI workspace if they reveal client or revenue detail.
You've built the machine. Pillars feed the sprint. The sprint feeds the schedule. The schedule feeds the numbers. The numbers sharpen the next sprint. Run the loop monthly and your content stays on-brand, on-repeat, and off your plate.
Next: loop back to Chapter 7 next month, now with data telling you exactly what to make more of.
