Give AI your brand voice

**Step 2 of the Create Quality Content pathway.** In Chapter 1 you set your three content pillars. Now you fix the single biggest reason people quit AI content: the output sounds like a press release, not like them. The fix is a **Voice Card**: a short profile of how you talk that you paste into every content prompt from here on.

Do this once. Reuse it forever. Worth it: a good Voice Card saves ~10 minutes of rewriting per post.

**Why this beats "write in my voice."** AI can't guess your voice from nothing. But give it 3-5 real samples of your own words and it extracts the pattern fast. You're teaching it to imitate you, which is a much easier job.

**Gather your raw material (5 minutes).** Pull together anything you've written in your own hands:
- 2-3 emails you sent a client or team member
- A few text messages or Slack notes where you explained something
- Any post, caption, or comment that felt like *you*

Strip out names, numbers, and anything private before pasting. Keep sensitive data in your private AI workspace rather than a public chatbot.

**Run the extraction.** Paste your samples, then this prompt. You'll get a Voice Card back. Save it. That card becomes an "Asset" in every prompt in this pathway (it pairs directly with the week-of-posts prompt in Chapter 3).

**Test it.** Ask AI to rewrite one boring sentence using the Voice Card. If it sounds like you, save the card in a notes file titled "MY VOICE CARD." If it's off, add 2 more samples and rerun.
